The Airport Authority is a Public Agency and therefore requires compliance with the State of California’s Certified Payroll Prevailing Wage Laws.
The Airport Support Facilities and the Air Cargo Facility projects will be using LCP Tracker for monitoring compliance with California Prevailing Wage Law, California Labor Code Sections 1720-1815.
Training workshops will be provided. For dates and times go to EVENTS.
Affidavit of Compliance to be signed by all contractors performing labor on site.
Labor Compliance Documents to be submitted PRIOR to working on site.
Due Dates and Time Frames for required information during construction.
