Project Brief Description
Design-Build Delivery Method: A component of the ADP implementation is replacement of the Authority’s existing administration building. The location of the existing Airport administration building is in conflict with the proposed Terminal and Roadways and Airside Improvements projects such that these projects cannot be completed until the Authority is moved into the new Building and has completed the demolition of the existing administration building. The Authority intends for the Project to be completed as quickly and cost effectively as possible to minimize potential delays to the other Authority projects.Project includes construction of a new four (4) story Building of approximately 130,000 square-feet and relocation of the following existing major functions (key project features) from the current Authority administration building:
- Authority administrative offices;
- Authority Board room;
- Airport innovation lab;
- Authority staff & fleet vehicle parking; and
- Group fitness facility.
State Prevailing Wage and Project Labor Agreements are required.
